El control tendrá que enfrentarse con fronteras disipadas, explosiones demográficas y guetos a corto plazo, de rotación rápida continua e ilimitada. El proyecto incluye un aspecto más puntual en los ahogados del río Besós. Recuerda las grandes crecidas del río. Se articulan señales visuales que se activan al producirse avenidas inesperadas.

Control will need to confront hazy borders, population explosions and short-term ghettoes with constant, unlimited rotation. The project includes a more ephemeral aspect concerning people who have drowned in the River Besós. It remembers the great floods, creating visual signals that are activated if flash flooding occurs.
